What can I send?

To make the most of the space available, we would ask that you only send us Jpeg images. When you send large amounts of information to your FTP folder, your internet connection will slow down. Jpegs help to minimise this whilst still offering a low compromise on image quality. For detailed information on print sizes and resolution please download our Output Guide.

FTP Account

If you want to send batches of files to us, there is a better way than email. Why not apply for an FTP account and 'drag n drop' files from your computer to ours. To find out if an FTP workflow is for you go here for more information.

To apply for an FTP account, simply fill out the above form , we will issue a login and password to your folder shortly afterwards.
