Organising Jobs

It is very important to organise your work clearly, as the majority of our customers do.  For those who are struggling or new to managing multiple files, here is a helpful guide to demonstrate our prefered method for organising your files.  Organising your work in this way, or similar, will make it easier for us to print your work as quickly and problem free as possible.

Start with a main folder which is named with your name and the date that the job is submitted.  It is very important to use hyphen - to seperate the date and not a slash / or a colon :  as PC computers have trouble with these characters.

Inside this main folder, create sub folders which are named according to the image size.  If you want 7x5 images, you would create a sub folder called 7x5 inside you main folder.  All 7x5 images would then be put into the 7x5 folder....like this...
